The Farm Credit Archive consists of documents relating to the history of the Farm Credit System that have been acquired from public and private collections around the United States and the world.  

We welcome additional submissions from site users; you should use the form below to provide contact information and a copy of any documents you would like to add to this virtual collection.  Please provide a high resolution file (300 dpi for text and 600 dpi for photographs), and the site administrators will adapt it to conform to our guidelines.

All submissions will be reviewed in order to ensure that they contain appropriate content, and the site administrators will contact you within a week to provide an update on the status of your submission.

Gossett, on the danger of the National Union of Farm Loan Associations during the Depression of 1920-21

M. H. Gossett, Federal Land Bank of Houston President, wrote the Farm Loan Board on September 7, 1921 the efforts of the National Union of Farm Loan Associations (NUFLA) to recruit members from Texas associations. He enclosed a letter from the NUFLA which he considered "dangerous propaganda."
